The use of Acurmin® ferment is straightforward. The recommended daily amount of about one teaspoon (1 g) can be added to porridge or smoothies, or used to prepare a new variant of the popular Golden Milk, or for seasoning vegetable and meat dishes. It is only important to note that the heating time should be as short as possible to retain valuable ingredients.
