We only use genuine Montmorency sour cherries from their native Michigan . Harvested by selected contract farmers and tested by independent laboratories after each harvest. Strong duo: melatonin and L‑tryptophan
Melatonin is a hormone produced by the body that is responsible for our day-night rhythm . The Montmorency cherry is one of the few natural sources of melatonin .
Our brain also produces the “sleep hormone” in several steps from the natural protein building block L-tryptophan. This essential amino acid can pass through the blood-brain barrier and helps to raise the body’s own melatonin levels . However, the body cannot produce L-tryptophan itself, which is why it must be supplied from outside. Cherry PLUS Silence combines the natural melatonin from the Montmorency sour cherry with L-tryptophan and the extract from the Ashwagandha , also known as the Indian berry.

Application
Sour cherry complex recommended intake
Take 2 capsules shortly before going to bed, preferably at a time after dinner, with plenty of liquid. When taking the product for the first time, we recommend taking it for at least 12 weeks.
