Contents: 55mg curcumin and 540 i.E. vitamin D3 per daily serving (2 capsules).
Recommended intake: One capsule twice a day, preferably in the morning and evening with meals and ample liquid. There are no known adverse effects when taking 2 capsules at the same time. When taking the product for the first time, we recommend a minimum 12 week period of use.
