The difference between Acurmin ferment and simple spices

While unfermented turmeric products only contain the natural ingredients of turmeric, the spectrum of active ingredients is significantly expanded after complex fermentation . These additional substances include:

organic acids, short-chain fatty acids, prebiotic glucans, enzymes, vitamins and health-relevant metabolites of fermentation
