Old but gold: Cranberries have been traditionally used for centuries to support urinary tract health. It has now been shown that it is primarily the proanthocyanidins (PAC) they contain that are responsible for the health benefits of cranberries. These flavonoids can be concentrated in the form of extracts – but only with the right ones.
