Most commercial olive oils are not designed to provide health benefits and typically have lower polyphenol levels between 50-100 mg/kg. Produced in harmony with nature:
For the production of O’Liv Daily, we use a rare but highly valued olive variety: Koutsourelia. This variety is native to the Achaia region in Greece and is harvested by hand early on. This ensures that no birds are harmed by harvesting machines. Furthermore, we refrain from using synthetic and chemical pesticides, preserving biodiversity in the olive groves.
At the time of harvest, the olives are quite small, but they contain high levels of phytonutrients, especially polyphenols and antioxidants. The olives are then cold-pressed in the absence of oxygen and processed using mechanical methods (centrifugation). Immediately after, we cool the oil to 7 °C until shipping to protect it from oxidation.
The result is a highly aromatic all-round olive oil with a particularly harmonious balance of taste and potential health benefits.

What is the best olive oil?
