\nAre frankincense and boswellia the same?
\nFrankincense has been valued by healers for centuries. The resin of the Indian variety Boswellia serrata in particular has a unique composition, including boswellic acids, essential oils

Application

\nTake 1 capsule twice daily, preferably in the morning and evening, with plenty of liquid and without chewing. Do not open the capsule.<\/p>\n
