„Cereal grass can easily be grown. The nutritional concentration of cereal grasses depends on where they are grown, when they are harvested and how they are processed and stored“
Ron Seibold
The cereal grasses are only grown on land that is inspected and certified as organic. This is kept particularly healthy and rich in nutrients through sustainable cultivation and gentle management. The secret to its high-quality fertilisation is simply down to crop rotation and green manuring. The cultivation areas comprise planes of certified land which are rich in nutrients and ideally situated within the landscape. The cereal grasses go straight from the field into the gentle manufacturing process.
At harvest, the cereal grasses contain a particularly high level of nutrients in their leaves and their young green sprouts.
