The essential oil of lavender, obtained by gentle steam distillation of the flowers, is rich in linalool and linalyl acetate, which gives it its calming and relaxing properties .

Chamomile (Anthemis Nobilis) is an annual plant native to Europe. It has delicate white flowers with yellow flower heads. Its essential oil, extracted from its flower heads, contains active ingredients such as bisabolol and chamazulene. These components give chamomile oil anti-inflammatory and soothing properties .

Apply a few drops of the oil to the chest, back and soles of the feet and massage gently. For an additional effect, 2-4 drops of the oil can also be placed on a scented sachet, which can also be placed at head height next to the bed overnight.
