Omega 3 – Perilla oil

Perilla oil is a dietary supplement containing alpha linoleic acid (omega 3) which makes it an excellent source of unsaturated plant-based fatty acids. It contains more than 60% of the key omega-3 fatty acid alpha linolenic acid. As food components, omega-3 fatty acids help regulate cholesterol levels. The cold-pressed oil from the seeds of the perilla plant is available in capsules.
