To prepare our organic tea blend, put about 1 – 2 teaspoons in a cup (about 150 ml) and pour in boiling water. Let the tea steep for about 5 – 8 min. This is the only way to get a all valuable plant substances. Sweeten as desired. Close the package tightly. Store in a cool, dry place, e.g., in the pantry.
